- All guests beyond their 2nd birthday must possess a valid ticket for entry into any event hosted at our venue. However, please be aware that certain performances, especially those tailored for younger audiences, may enforce different age restrictions. For precise details regarding ticket requirements for your child, kindly consult the event listing page.
- For Arizona Cardinals games, one (1) child under the age of two (2) can gain complimentary access when accompanied by a ticketed adult. To acquire a Lap Pass for your child, approach our dedicated stadium security personnel after scanning your own ticket during entry.
Aisle Policy
For the safety and convenience of all guests, it is imperative to maintain clear and unobstructed aisles throughout events at State Farm Stadium. We kindly request your cooperation in following the guidance of our Guest Services team as you navigate the aisles.
Alcohol Policies
At State Farm Stadium, we prioritize responsible alcohol consumption to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Our alcohol policies are as follows:
- Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. Guests found with outside alcohol will be ejected without refund.
- Arizona law prohibits the sale of alcohol to individuals under 21 years old. All guests, regardless of age, must present valid ID when purchasing alcohol. Fraudulent IDs will be reported to law enforcement.
- Alcohol sales end at the conclusion of the third quarter for NFL games. Cut-off times for other events vary.
- Concession stands have a two-drink limit per transaction.
- Providing alcohol to minors or showing signs of intoxication will result in ejection and potential arrest.
- Stadium management reserves the right to refuse alcohol sales and update policies as needed.
- For Arizona Cardinals games, alcohol is not permitted in designated Family Sections and Alcohol-Free seating areas.
- Alcohol sales continue for Club and Loft Level guests for one hour post-game.
Remember, never drink and drive. Use a designated driver, ride share service, or taxi to ensure a safe journey home.
Animal Policy
State Farm Stadium extends a warm welcome to guide, signal, and service animals, providing assistance to fans who rely on their support. However, please be advised that pets and all other animals are not permitted within the stadium premises.
Arizona Cardinals Code of Conduct
The Arizona Cardinals prioritize a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests at State Farm Stadium, Sportsman’s Park, and parking areas. Our policies ensure:
- Compliance with stadium rules, including health and safety protocols mandated by authorities..
- Zero tolerance for unruly, disruptive, or illegal behavior.
- Responsible alcohol consumption; intoxication will not be tolerated.
- Respect for game progress; no interference or trespassing on restricted areas.
- Cooperation with law enforcement and stadium staff instructions.
- No harassment of fans, players, officials, or staff.

Arizona Cardinals Team Store
Visit the Arizona Cardinals Team Store at State Farm Stadium, open year-round with convenient operating hours from Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 6PM. On game days, the store welcomes guests at 9AM, but entry is exclusive to ticket holders upon stadium gate opening.
Locate the Cardinals Team Store at two accessible points: the Plaza near Gate 2 or the Main Concourse across from Section 132.
Arizona Sports And Tourism Authority (AZSTA)
The Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority (AZSTA), owners of State Farm Stadium, is a Municipal Corporation dedicated to fortifying Arizona’s economy and enriching community life. Formed through legislative action (SB 1220) and voter approval (Proposition 302) on November 7, 2000, AZSTA oversees the development of sports facilities, hosts entertainment and sporting events, and promotes tourism. For the health and safety of all guests, the use of chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited within State Farm Stadium premises.
Child Safety Wristbands
For added peace of mind, parents are invited to visit any of our conveniently located Guest Services Booths to obtain a Child Safety Wristband. These wristbands allow parents to write down their child's ticket location or a contact phone number in case of separation. Find Guest Services Booths along the Main Concourse at Gate 1, Gate 2, and Gate 3, as well as on the Upper Concourse at Sections 417 & 448.
Contactless Payment Solutions
State Farm Stadium and the Cardinals have embraced a cashless approach, prioritizing seamless and contactless transactions for food, beverage, and merchandise purchases. At all fixed points of sale, guests can utilize traditional scan and chip methods as well as tap payment options, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. For added convenience, cash-to-card ATMs are available throughout the stadium to convert cash into a universally accepted debit card.

Drones Policy
For the safety and security of all patrons, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft vehicles, or any remote-controlled aircraft within State Farm Stadium premises, including parking areas, is strictly prohibited. Any individual found in possession or operation of such devices will face immediate ejection from the premises and may be subject to intervention by law enforcement authorities.
Electronic Payment Assistance
To enhance convenience and efficiency, State Farm Stadium operates as a cashless venue. As such, cash transactions are not accepted at any concession, parking, retail, or ticket purchasing points. Visitors can easily convert cash to a debit card using the Cash-to-Card kiosks situated throughout the stadium. Any remaining balance on the debit card can be utilized at locations where debit payments are accepted.
Find Cash to Card Kiosks conveniently located on the Main Level (Sections 104, 123 & 136), Club Level (Sections 213 & 233), and Loft Level (Sections 318, 349, 418, 434, 446). Additionally, for Arizona Cardinals games, a traditional ATM is available at Section 124.
Electronic Smoking Devices Policy
The use of electronic cigarettes and vaporizer pens is not permitted within the confines of State Farm Stadium.
Elevator Access Information
Elevators are conveniently located near the three (3) public entrances and two (2) Gila River Casinos Club Entrances for the convenience of our guests. Priority usage of these elevators is granted to individuals with disabilities.
Here's where you can find the elevators and their respective access points:
- BetMGM Gate 1: Provides access to all levels. Please note, this elevator may experience brief holds during pregame, halftime, and postgame periods for team movements.
- Gila River Casinos Club West: Grants access to Gila River Club Level and Loft Level.
- Hyundai Gate 2: Offers access to all levels.
- Gila River Casinos Club East: Provides access to Gila River Club Level and Loft Level.
- Bud Light Gate 3: Allows access to all levels.
Emergencies Procedures
Should an emergency arise, fans are encouraged to promptly seek assistance from the nearest stadium staff member or visit one of the designated Guest Services locations within the stadium. For reporting conduct concerns, fans can utilize the Gameday Text Message Hotline at 623-400-2210, providing their section, row, and seat numbers. Rest assured, stadium staff will acknowledge your message and take appropriate action.
Escalator Access
State Farm Stadium features escalators near the three (3) public entrances and two (2) Gila River Casinos Club Entrances. Those at Gates 1 & 3 lead to the Club Level and Terrace Concourse, while Gate 2 provides access to the Terrace Concourse only. Elevators at Gila River Casinos Club West and Gila River Casinos Club East are reserved for Club and Loft ticket holders, granting access to the Club Level. During Cardinals games, escalators run upwards in the first half and downwards in the second to aid exit efficiency.
Family Friendly Information
Changing Stations:
All restrooms at State Farm Stadium have baby changing stations.
Entry Process & Ticketing for Children:
Children under 24 months old may enter without a ticket but need a "lap pass" obtained at the entrance gates.
Permitted & Prohibited Items:

Privacy/Nursing Rooms:
Located on the Club Level at Section 230.
Family Restrooms
State Farm Stadium provides 12 convenient family restrooms equipped with baby-changing tables and compliant with ADA standards. Find them on the Main Concourse near Sections 102, 114, 124, and 136, on the Club Concourse at Sections 204, 219, 230, and 247, and on the Terrace Concourse at Sections 404, 421, 435, and 454.
Family Sections / Alcohol Free (Arizona Cardinals)
During Arizona Cardinals games at State Farm Stadium, designated sections provide an alcohol-free environment. Guests with tickets in Section 114, 424, and 432 are advised that alcohol consumption is prohibited in these areas.
Family Sections / Alcohol Free (Non-Football Events)
During non-football events at State Farm Stadium, certain sections are designated as alcohol-free zones. Guests holding tickets in Section 114, 424, and 432 are advised that alcohol consumption is not permitted in these areas.

Firearms & Weapons
For the safety and security of all guests, firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited within State Farm Stadium.
Exception: Law enforcement officials attending an event are allowed to bring firearms inside the stadium only if they are in full compliance with the requirements of the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board.
First Aid Locations
For medical assistance, designated first aid stations are conveniently situated along the Main Concourse near Sections 122 and 136, as well as on the Terrace Concourse near Sections 416 and 448. In the event of an emergency, please seek immediate assistance from stadium security personnel or uniformed law enforcement officers.
Gates Schedule
For NFL games, stadium gates will open two hours before kickoff. Gate opening times for major events and concerts at State Farm Stadium may vary; please consult the event listing page for specific details.
Guest Services
Find assistance at our Guest Service Locations: Main Concourse Gates 1 (Section 104), 2 (Section 123), and a Mobile Desk at Gate 3. Additional service points are available at Upper Concourse Sections 417 & 448. Services offered include Lost & Found, Lost Children and Fans, Wheelchair check-in, and for Arizona Cardinals games, Safe in Seat Wristbands and Designated Driver-Responsible Fan Program.
Lost & Found
Visit Guest Services during events for inquiries about lost or found items. Fill out the Lost & Found form post-event. Unclaimed items after 30 days will be disposed of or donated. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

Merchandise
Find merchandise locations throughout the stadium. Locations vary by event, so please ask a Guest Services Representative upon arrival for the nearest one. It's recommended to purchase merchandise before the event begins.
Motorized Vehicles Policy
Please note that motorized vehicles, including cars, trucks, scooters, motorcycles, and ATVs, are strictly prohibited on sidewalks and exterior plaza areas of State Farm Stadium. Kindly ensure all motorized vehicles are parked in designated parking spaces. Thank you for your cooperation.
Noise Making Devices
Please be advised that musical instruments and all noise-making devices, such as air horns, cowbells, whistles, and vuvuzelas, are not allowed within State Farm Stadium premises. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Nursing Mother’s Privacy Rooms
Located on the Club Level at Section 230, our Privacy Rooms offer amenities such as power outlets, seating, and TV access to ensure a comfortable experience for nursing mothers. Breast pump supplies are permitted at all gates, although they are subject to search. Thank you for your cooperation.
Observation Reporting Protocol
The "See Something, Say Something" initiative is a straightforward and efficient campaign aimed at involving the public and frontline staff in recognizing and reporting potential signs of terrorism, criminal activity, or other threats to relevant authorities. If you notice anything unusual, don't hesitate to speak up! Report suspicious activity to the nearest Guest Experience Representative or Security team member, or send a text message to the Gameday Text Message Hotline at 623-400-2210.
Open Captioning Service
During Arizona Cardinals games, open captioning is provided below the stadium's north and south video boards. Complimentary smartphones with open captioning are available at Gate 1 Guest Services (across from Section 104). For further inquiries before game day, contact the Cardinals Ticket Office at (602) 379-0102 or email askquestions@cardinals.nfl.net.
Outside Beverage Policy
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, bottles, cans, thermoses, or any beverage containers are not permitted within the stadium. However, each guest is allowed one (1) factory-sealed, non-frozen 500mL (16.9 fl. Oz.) bottle of water. Please note that soda, flavored water, sports drinks, and other beverages are not permitted. Parents with small children may bring plastic bottles of formula or milk inside the stadium for their convenience.
Phone Charging Stations
Stay powered up throughout the game with Portable Charging Banks available for rent at State Farm Stadium. Conveniently located on multiple levels, including the Main Level (Sections 104, 123 & 136), Club Level (Sections 213 & 233), Loft Level (Sections 318 & 349), and Terrace Level (Sections 418, 434 & 446), these charging kiosks provide fans with the option to rent portable chargers. Simply rent a charger to take back to your seat and enjoy the game without worrying about battery life. Once you're finished, return the charger to any kiosk in the stadium. Photography Policy
Guests are welcome to bring personal still-photo cameras to capture memories at State Farm Stadium. If you need assistance, don't hesitate to ask any stadium staff member to take a photo of your group.
However, please note that tripods, mono pods, "selfie sticks", GoPros, and cameras with a lens longer than 6" (detachable or non-detachable) are not permitted inside the stadium (subject to change per event). Additionally, video and movie cameras are not allowed without proper media credentials. Photos taken inside the stadium may not be used for any commercial purposes.
Premium Seating
State Farm Stadium provides a range of premium seating choices such as Private Loft Suites, Party Lofts, Loge Boxes, Party Porches, Club Cabanas, and Club Seats. These options offer full-service catering, dedicated entrances, and various amenities. All premium seating tickets grant access to the exclusive Gila River Casinos Club Level.

Promotion & Distribution Policy
Distribution of promotional materials such as flyers, business cards, or leaflets is prohibited at State Farm Stadium and Sportsman’s Park. Guests violating this policy may face ejection or arrest.
Recycling Policy
State Farm Stadium promotes sustainability by urging guests to reduce, reuse, and recycle. Recycling bins are conveniently placed throughout the stadium, both inside and outside, for easy disposal of recyclable materials such as plastic, glass, and aluminum. Please follow signage on bins to ensure proper recycling practices.
Re-Entry Policy
State Farm Stadium strictly enforces a no re-entry policy. Once ticketed guests exit the premises, re-entry with a previously scanned ticket is not permitted.
For Arizona Cardinals Games, access to the Club and Loft Levels is restricted to Club and Loft level ticket members. To exit these levels, season ticket members must scan their game ticket. Re-entry requires scanning the game ticket back into the specific area.

Restrooms
State Farm Stadium features 50 ADA-accessible restrooms equipped with baby-changing tables, ensuring convenience and accessibility for all guests.
Retractable Roof Status
The status of the roof at State Farm Stadium is subject to change on game or event days.
For Arizona Cardinals games, fans can inquire about the status of the roof by calling the Cardinals Roof Hotline at 623-433-7663.
RV Parking Guidelines
RV parking is permitted at State Farm Stadium solely on event days, restricted to the designated oversized parking lot. Overnight parking is prohibited.
For Arizona Cardinals games, Lot F is the designated oversized parking area, opening 4 hours and 30 minutes before kickoff. Each oversized vehicle must possess a valid Lot F Oversized Vehicle mobile parking pass for entry, limited to one parking space and one vehicle per pass. The maximum permissible length for parking spaces is 45 feet.

S.A.F.E. Management, the exclusive event staffing partner of State Farm Stadium, is widely acknowledged as an industry pioneer in event staffing services.

Seating Relocations
Guests with limited mobility or in wheelchairs who require special seating can exchange their tickets for appropriate seats at the Ticket Office before entry or at Guest Services booths at Gates 1, 2, and 3. Limited availability, first-come, first-served basis.
Sensory Support Facility
For guests with sensory sensitivities, State Farm Stadium provides a dedicated Sensory Room. This quiet area offers sensory activities, low lighting, and comfortable seating. Find it on the Main Concourse near the Guest Services Booth at Section 104.
Signage Regulations
To ensure a positive experience for all attendees, please adhere to the following guidelines regarding banners and signs at stadium events:
- Signs must not contain commercial, political, or obscene content, and should not obstruct the views of other fans or stadium signage.
- Only paper or lightweight cloth-like materials are permitted for signs, and they should not utilize wood, metal, or similar heavy materials for support.
- The maximum dimensions for a sign are three (3) feet by two (2) feet.
- Signs should not be affixed or hung within the stadium.
- Any signage not meeting these criteria will be disposed of by stadium security unless guests prefer to return it to their vehicle.

Skateboarding and Rollerblading Policy
Skateboarding, rollerblading, and roller shoes (athletic shoes with retractable wheels) are prohibited within State Farm Stadium, Tillman Plaza, and Sportsman’s Park.
Stadium Wi-Fi
Stay connected throughout State Farm Stadium with complimentary Wi-Fi access. Enhance your gameday experience by downloading the Cardinals Mobile App (azcardinals.com/app) and connecting to Stadium Wi-Fi. Simply turn on your device's Wi-Fi, connect to Stadium Wi-Fi (no password required), and enjoy exclusive features like live video game feeds and NFL Redzone.
Standing Policy (Arizona Cardinals)
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all fans, we kindly ask that guests remain seated during the game. Continuous standing can obstruct the view of others. While cheering is encouraged, standing on seats or loitering in non-designated areas is not permitted. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Stroller Policy
Large Strollers, wagons and car seats are prohibited. State Farm Stadium allows smaller, umbrella-style strollers after proper inspection however, the stroller cannot block aisles, rows, or seats.
Tailgating Guidelines (Arizona Cardinals)
Sportsman's Park provides an ideal spot for pre-game tailgating festivities among fans. To ensure a pleasant experience for all, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Tailgating is permitted only in designated carparks upon their opening.
- Respect fellow fans by occupying only one parking stall and tailgating directly behind your vehicle.
- Avoid blocking adjacent stalls, walkways, or aisle ways with equipment.
- Use above-ground weights for tents instead of ground stakes.
- Saving parking spaces is not allowed; fans must arrive together to tailgate together.
- Carparks close one hour after the event.
- Tailgating in Sportsman's Park or Team-controlled parking areas is reserved for game day ticket members only. Post-game tailgating is prohibited. For detailed guidelines, consult the Arizona Cardinals Tailgating Guidelines.
Team Shop Information
Find official Arizona Cardinals merchandise at the Team Shop near section 123 on the Main Level. Open Wednesday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm.
On game days, the Team Shop welcomes ticket members and non-game days for all. Additional merchandise stands are available on the Main, Club, and Terrace Levels. For details, contact the Cardinals Team Shop at 623-433-7600 or visit shop.azcardinals.com.
Ticket Information
Tickets for all events at State Farm Stadium, including Arizona Cardinals home games, are exclusively digital and can be conveniently purchased online at SeatGeek.com.

The State Farm Stadium Ticket Office, situated on the North side, operates from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, and opens before major events. Kindly note that the Ticket Office does not accept cash payments. Secure your tickets for all stadium events by visiting SeatGeek.com.
Ticket Resale Policy
Please be aware that reselling event tickets, regardless of the price, is strictly prohibited within State Farm Stadium and Sportsman’s Park. Tickets acquired from sources other than the State Farm Stadium Ticket Office, the Arizona Cardinals, or SeatGeek are done so at your own risk. State Farm Stadium and the Arizona Cardinals assume no responsibility for invalid tickets and will not issue replacements or refunds for tickets purchased through secondary providers.
Note that the only sanctioned area for ticket resale is the designated "free speech" zone adjacent to the Desert Diamond Arena on the north side of Maryland Ave.
Tobacco, Vaping and Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas at State Farm Stadium. Violations will result in ejection without refund. E-cigarettes, vaporizer pens, and chewing tobacco are not allowed. Marijuana use is illegal on stadium premises.
The designated smoking area is located on the Main Concourse at Gate 2. Guests on Club, Loft, and Terrace Levels can use designated areas on the North entry/exit Ramp. Smoking guests outside must stay 20 feet from entry/exit doors.
For Arizona Cardinals games, smoking sections are at Gate 2 and the North Ramp.
Tours

Vehicle Assistance
In the event of car issues at State Farm Stadium, please raise your vehicle's hood and contact us at 623-433-7156. Our dedicated service team will promptly dispatch assistance to address the situation or facilitate contact with a nearby repair service.
Water Stations
Hydration stations are available outside of stadium security checkpoints at each main gate, free of charge.
Guests may also bring in one (1) factory-sealed, non-frozen 500ml (16.9 fl. oz.) plain bottle of water. (Sports drinks or flavored water are not permitted.)
Main Level: Sections 113, 115, 122, 124, 135 & 136.
Club Level: Sections 207, 216, 234 & 241.
Terrace Level: Sections 406, 418, 421, 433, 437 & 451.
Wheelchair Assistance (Event Day)
Guests requiring wheelchair assistance can request complimentary escorts at any entry point. Simply approach a Guest Experience Representative or visit Guest Services at Sections 104, 123, 417, or 448. Our staff will assist you to and from the entry gates and seating areas. Please note that assistance during the event is not provided, and upon exiting, guests will be escorted to the exterior glass doors on the stadium's main Concourse Level. Requests are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis, with a possible short wait time.
